“Sono stati gentilissimi. Ho avuto problemi con il volo e mi hanno aiutato. Mi hanno permesso di fare il checkout alle 16 senza costi aggiuntivi. A colazione desideravo una crêpe, che non era nel menù e lo chef senza problemi me ne ha cucinata una buonissima. Sono stati tutti stupendi! E mi hanno reso un soggiorno per lavoro molto rilassante. “Buon rapporto qualità prezzo per gli standard di Kuwait.Servizio cortese e attento.Camera confortevole .servizio molto professionale di Shuttle dall aeroporto (su prenotazione e a pagamento).Bellissima vista sulle TOWER dalla stanza.Splendido panorama dalla sala Colazione.Non occorre certificato di matrimonio per le coppie,come a volte si legge.Per chi non vuole usare i taxi a Kuwait city si deve scarpinare parecchio,spesso in mezzo a strade in costruzione.Utilissimo quindi un capolinea di bus...

My reservation included a shared airport shuttle, but the hotel was generous and provided a private car. Location is also perfect you can get everywhere conveniently. Thank you. ”

“スタッフの方々は皆優しく、フレンドリー且つ丁寧な対応でした。早く到着しましたが、アーリーチェックインしてくれたし、午後4時くらい発の飛行機だったため、ホテルの方がレイトチェックアウトにしてもいいと言ってくださいました。部屋は綺麗で掃除が行き届いていて、とても居心地が良かったです。唯一の難点は、コンセントの差し込みがうまく行かず、解決するのに時間がかかりました。”
